Hi. My name is Olaf, I'm 15 and I'm doing my Silver Arts Award. My primary interests are computers, photography and design, music, politics, and linguistics. I play the piano and the ukulele.
In December I ran a day-long project for the leadership section of my silver Arts Award.
In my previous post, I managed to take photographs without lens. This time, I took it a step further by leaving behind the entire camera.
In this post I experiment with different ways of using my camera lens, or not using it at all.
I’ve tried numerous photography techniques, all of them yielding expected results. This is the first exception.
Who said you need a camera to take photographs?
Ugly Duck's "Making it Real: Analog Festival" has to be one of the most artistically influential events that I've been to.
The sweet spot between digital and analog.

It was my first time, both teaching about photography and teaching workshops. It went smoothly, but it lasted an hour longer than I had anticipated. Next time I think I should work on time management.

Thank you! I'll soon try to develop my camera obscura photos, those will probably be in my next post.

Thank you for everyone's nice comments. Thank you so much Tom for picking my post out of all the others posted in December. I feel honoured and can't wait to read your report.
