Trinity Disclaimer on the portfolio videos available on Voice: The content of the videos on this site are produced by young people to share how they made their portfolios and the different formats you could use. The content is not designed to show how to meet the criteria and pass an Arts Award. If you have any questions about meeting the criteria please speak to your adviser and they can get in touch with Trinity College London directly.

Take down or copyright requests

We encourage users and all those adding content to our website to have full ownership or licensing/permissions in place for anything that is used.  If you feel anything on the website is being used without proper permission then you can get in touch with us on [email protected] with details of your concern and proof of ownership.  You can also login and report any post which will automatically remove that post from public view on the website, pending moderation by our team.  When reporting, you can provide details of why you are reporting the post.  We cannot accept any liability for any item posted on the website and do our best to keep the site free of any illegal or immoral content, and will take action as soon as reasonably practicable upon any notification of an issue; usually within 1 week.


By using this website and/or any of the services available through it, you agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Use set out below. Please read them carefully and keep a paper/electronic copy for your records. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, please refrain from using this website.

1.1 These Terms of Use apply to your use of voicemag.uk and our social channels such as Twitter Feed & Facebook page/groups. Any reference to the "Website" in these Terms of Use is a reference to this site & our social channels.

1.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. If we do so, we will publish the amended version here. The amended Terms of Use will take effect from the time they are first published on the Website, and from then on will govern the relationship between you and us in respect of your use of the Website. If you do not agree with the amended Terms of Use, you may not continue to use the Website after the time on which the amended Terms of Use are published on the Website.

3. Use of the Website

3.1 The Website supports the engagement of young people in the arts and cultural sector and with qualifications offered by Trinity College London.

3.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, you may use the Website together with any information and material we offer through it.

3.3 You hereby acknowledge and agree that we (or our suppliers/licensors) own all rights, title and interest in the Website. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall confer on you any right of ownership or licence in the Website or its contents thereof unless expressly stated.


4. Your use of the Website

4.1 To assess and/or enter certain content on the Website, you must register with us and create an account. To do so you will need to give us certain personal information requested on the registration page, and you must agree to our processing of your personal information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, you should not create an account with us and may not access such content through the Website.

4.2 Please ensure that the personal information you provide when you register is correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to that personal information. You can access and update the information you provide to us by accessing your account on the Website.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, user name and log-in details. You may not share these account details with anyone and you are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We do not have the means to check the identities of people using the Website and will not be liable where your password or user name is used by someone else. If you fail to comply with the above obligations, we will not be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result.

8.3 We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the illegal, incorrect or inappropriate use of any content, information, material, software or other item by you or anyone else whilst the content is in your possession.

8.4 We do not accept liability for any loss which is not a direct and reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of these Terms of Use or which is consequential, even if we have previously been advised of the possibility of such loss.

8.5 You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use, and is compatible with the Website. We do not make any warranty that the Website or its servers are free from viruses, worms, cancelbots, "Trojan Horses" or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.

8.6 Save in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, or where we have acted fraudulently, our total liability to you under these Terms of Use for any losses suffered by you will never exceed £100.

8.7 We aim to update our Website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our Website or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.


9. Your further obligations to us

10.1 Neither party will be liable for any failure to perform any obligation owed to the other due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, for example, industrial disputes, technical difficulties, failure of or delays in communications networks, acts of terrorism or power failure.

10.2 Save as otherwise expressly stated, these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy contain the entire agreement between us and you relating to your use of the Website and supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral, between us and you. 10.5 English is the only language offered for the conclusion of this contract.

10.6 Names and logos used on this website remain the property of their respective owners and may be registered as trademarks.

10.7 We reserve the right to assign or sub-contract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use are personal to you and entered into by you for your own benefit and not for the benefit of any third party.

10.8 These Terms of Use are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with English law.

10.9 You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.


11. Our use of your content

11.1 By submitting content to this website in any format you assign us and our partners the right to use all or part of any such material for our own evaluation & promotional purposes.

11.2 Our usage of your material may include, but is not limited to, print publications, social media channels, as features on the website and in online advertising campaigns.

11.3 We will always credit material wherever practicable using your submitted profile name and never pass off any material as being created by us, but in the context of material submitted by users.

11.4 Where we have created content based on the information you provide us in an interview or through similar means, we may well publish this on other partner websites and social media to promote Voice, your experience and creative careers.
