'Behind the Scenes' says it all!

Working as a team we are constantly learning from each other [...]. As a result we are stronger as a group & feel listened to & valued. Lorraine Smith, end2end TV Director & Arts Award Adviser

At end2end Tv we have valued behind the scenes footage for a very long time. Our team is made up of many talented, creative and technically brilliant people, and yes most of them are children! Whether your role is in front of camera or behind, every member of our team makes a big difference.

Finding your voice through film is a personal journey and at times solitary, but when we work together well it doesn't just impact the creative outcome, it feels great too! Teamwork is something that is very important to us at e2eTV; as a company and in our delivery of clubs, courses and workshops.

Our e2e TV Club #1 ran for ten weeks through the Autumn Term; 24 children aged 8-13 from 7 different schools across Bexley & Kent were instructed by the e2e Crew in TV Production skills. Children had the chance to experience filming in our Studio & Control Room and on location, with studio and HD ENG cameras and other professional equipment - some even surprised themselves by stepping outside their comfort zones to practice their interview skills in front of camera!  On top of this they created animated titles in the Computing Suite and had an introduction to film editing, before mixing and recording their own TV Programme live!

It was a jam packed course, filled with fantastic hands on learning and fun where every person who attended achieved a DISCOVER Arts Award! To celebrate all the young people who joined us and took part we are sharing the behind the scenes, captured mainly by Jack - who you don't see in this film, but who we couldn't have done this without.

Well done to all the #1 TEAM! You were all AMAZING!
