Dreamboats and Petticoats

On 7th April 2017 I went to see dreamboats and petticoats at the everyman theatre Cheltenham with my mum, auntie and cousin and friends.

Dreamboats and petticoats is a musical. It is about teenagers falling in love while the men were trying to make it big as a boy band. They sang songs from the 50's and 60's which were really good.

I didn't notice anything go wrong so it must of all went to plan.

The best bit was how they went in go carts around the stage. The main boy singer was amazing. At the end me and my cousin was standing up and danced and they waved to us.

The actors themselves was amazing they were really professional and they were funny and dramatic. There costumes were really fitting for the year it was set in. The set changes were smooth and went along with the show.

The singing and acting was really good and powerful.

I thought it was really good because the nerd was really good at singing and played the piano. I would definitely recommend this for you to watch because it was different and funny.

I have realised from watching this show that be who you want to be and don't let people let you down and follow your dreams.
