Little shop of horrors

On 21st October 2016 I went to see little shop of horrors at everyman theatre Cheltenham.

Little shop of horrors is a musical. It is about a blood eating plant, and a dentist who likes pain. The dentist is dating a girl, named Audrey, who likes a boy called Seymour. Seymour has been adopted by Mr Mushnik.

I have done this production of little shop at school and it was the same but the plant, which was called Audrey 2, was different. The plant shocked me because it was mechanical for as ours we had to pull down.

Somethings went wrong like the bin lid fell off the door swung open again, but they covered it up really well. It was an amazing show.

The best part was the plant singing and he swore which was really funny. I nearly fell out of my seat.

The actors themselves were amazing they were really professional and when things went wrong and they covered it up really well. Their costume was really fitting for the part they played. The set change was smooth and went along with the show.

My favourite song was"Suddenly Seymour" and the actress sang it really well.

I thought it was really good because the plant was mechanical. I would definitely recommend for you to watch because it is funny and different.

I have realised from watching this show that musical theatre is not just about singing and acting, it is about dancing too.
