In our vintage, military sort of look outfit was actually the first outfit I found, it was very easy to put together and I would probably wear that dress anyways, I bought it from house of Fraser.
Then Tallie helped me out of the “victory rolls” hairstyle..
It took us both quite a few tries since you have to roll the hair outwards but using just your finger! Then you need hairspray and Bobby pins to keep it in! but we helped each other and we got there in the end..
Then I used a casual beach hat and added some black ribbon on it to create a more 40s look.
The only regret I had was forgetting about a little leather satchel! I was gutted but yet again it’s still one of my favourites :) 4/11
