In Photos: Bring The Paint Festival

Bring The Paint Festival’s fifth annual instalment took place last week between 23-29 May in Leicester. Luckily, I was able to attend and figured what better way to showcase the artwork on show than through photos?

Graffiti is the proverbial black-sheep of art and often doesn’t receive the same critical acclaim as others. The UK authorities don’t necessarily recognise it as art and it’s still in fact considered ‘criminal damage’, unless done with permission, on legal street art sites or done as part of graffiti festivals such as the 'Bring The Paint' Festival.
