Mary Poppins-the Musical

I loved this production of Mary Poppins. It had a great "feel good" factor. The performance was vibrant and lively with colourful costumes, singing, and many types of dancing, including Modern, Tap and Ballet. The dances were well choreographed and exciting. Most of the songs were recognisable and cheerful, although I did find some of the female voices a bit high and warbbly. The children were very impressive in remembering their lines and dance moves. Mary Poppins herself is just what you would hope for. Her magic carpet bag is incredible. There are some fabulous surprises during the show which take your breath away! I would definitely recommend this show for a fun family treat.
