Required skills

  • Experienced administrator with good organisational skills
  • Able to carry out a variety of administrative tasks quickly and accurately
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • An appreciation and understanding of good customer service
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office applications
  • Ability to prioritise, to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and under own initiative
  • An interest in the arts and education is desirable
