Whether experienced in managing a team or looking to move into management, building on your experience of supervising others and managing projects, you will have excellent communication and problem solving skills. You believe in delivering an outstanding service to every customer too. So take on a more rewarding challenge and play a key role in helping young people develop as artists and arts leaders.
Arts Award is a fast-growing national qualification for young people up to 25. It’s a great way for young people to be inspired by the arts as they build their transferable skills and creativity across a range of art forms.
You’ll be dealing with a wide range of people, including Arts Award advisers, centres, parents and young people. That’s why we stressed the need for strong communication skills at the top. You will have some experience of managing people and have great motivation skills. You should also be a real teamworker with a positive attitude and the ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload. An interest in the arts would be a big plus, and you must be committed to providing first class customer service.
In return, you’ll have the opportunity to build a great career with Trinity College London. Each year more than 850,000 candidates in over 60 countries take a Trinity assessment – and we’re growing fast as we drive a range of exciting new developments.
