Production Coordinator - UWE Internship

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and book project teams travel and accommodation, keeping expenditure logs up to date and filing receipts. Produce itineraries and schedules for project teams as required.
  • Conducting availability checks with project teams.
  • Finding and booking rehearsal, casting and audition spaces as required.
  • Organising project meetings with core teams and creative teams. Taking and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Compiling project information packs for project teams.
  • Co-ordinating debriefs with creative project team, venue partners, participation partners and other stakeholders.
  • Responding to project enquiries from the general public. Manage and update touring and stakeholder databases.
  • Carry out research into communities, particular project needs and the cultural sector as required.
  • Researching and buying props and materials, keeping expenditure logs up to date and filing receipts.
  • Act as a runner on project sites when projects are live, assisting the full creative team.
  • Support the Marketing & Communications Manager with collection of evaluation data and project feedback. Updating databases, evaluation records for analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Assisting with administrative based project delivery tasks such as printing, organising SharePoint files, printing and organising couriers and deliveries.
  • Assist the Trigger team with any other duties, as may be required.
