Newcastle Cathedral is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic trainee to support Newcastle Cathedral’s visitor services team. You will assist the front of house manager and work with volunteers in welcoming and helping visitors with their enquiries, supporting the retail operation and donations points as well as bookings for guided tours, events and family workshops. You will also work closely with staff in ensuring the Cathedral is offering the best visitor experience possible. This will include preparing spaces and resources, assisting with the set up for events and monitoring visitor numbers and visitor satisfaction.
