Terms & Conditions governing all entries to the 'ArtsAward10 Twitter Party – Ask a Question' Competition 2016

Trinity College London ('Trinity') is a company (Company Registration No. 02683033) and a charity (Charity No. 1014792) whose registered UK office is at Blue Fin Building, 110 Southwark Street, London SE1 0TA, UK. Trinity manages Arts Award in association with Arts Council England and runs this competition in furtherance of its charitable aims.

By entering into this competition you agree to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully, print and keep a paper/electronic copy for your records.

Who can enter:

The competition is open to individual young people except employees and close relatives of employees of (a) Trinity; (b) any third party appointed by Trinity to organise and/or manage any part of the competition; (c) any competition sponsor and (d) any other third party connected with the competition. Proof of eligibility and, if appropriate, age may be requested.

The competition is open to young people between the ages of 13 and 25 years old, at the time of entry.

When entering the competition, the entrant must specify their full name, age and email address.

How to participate:

Submit a question to the ArtsAward10 Twitter Party taking place @ArtsAwardVoice #OurCreativeFuture or #OCF between 2.30-6.30pm on Tuesday 5 July 2016.

It is free to enter the competition.

Entries must not contain any defamatory, obscene or offensive material.

All questions should be submitted via the ArtsAward10 Twitter Party online RSVP form available at www.artsawardvoice.com/twitterparty

Start date and closing date:

The competition opens on 20 May 2016 and closes at 12 midnight on Friday 17 June 2016.

Prizes:

4 x £25 Amazon gift vouchers

Four winners will be randomly selected in a prize draw which will be held on Tuesday 5 July 2016 at Trinity's offices

One winner will be chosen from questions submitted to each Q&A session.

How and when will winners be notified?

The winner of each prize will be announced at the end of the relevant ArtsAward10 Twitter Party Q&A session and also notified on email. Winners will be sent their online gift voucher within 10 days following the ArtsAward10 Twitter Party via the email address provided when entering the competition.

How and when will information about the winner and results be made available?

The winners will be announced on Twitter (@ArtsAwardVoice) at the end of each Q&A session at the ArtsAward10 Twitter Party on Tuesday 5 July.

Trinity reserves the right to post the winning questions on the Arts Award Voice and/or Arts Award website and on Arts Award Voice and Arts Award social media channels.

How will your entry be used after the competition closes?

By entering this competition you will be providing your personal information to Trinity & it's partners delivering the Arts Award programme, you acknowledge and agree that Trinity can send further information about its products, events and exams. You may opt-out at any point from future communications at any time.

Trinity reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances arise outside its control. In this event, a notice will be posted on Arts Award Voice's website at www.artsawardvoice.com
