Neil Frost can be found at Brighton Fringe this May, performing his one man mine show, The Story of the Nervous Man. 'I think a performer should train in a variety of disciplines,' the comedian, clown and character actor says, 'then create their own practice using the methods that work for them.'

Where are they now?...with Dan Ponting
Dan Ponting was part of Arts Award's Gold pilot scheme over ten years ago. He has since completed a Fine Art degree, had work shown in Tate Modern and won a Royal Photographic Society competition. He currently works as a graphic designer.
