Hatfield House Chamber Music Festival Launch! Amazing cellist, violinist and pianist!

HHCMF Festival Launch

This was an amazing launch concert for the Hatfield House Chamber Music Festival. It was a great way to experience chamber music live for the first time! The performers were superb! There was a cellist, Guy Johnston, a violinist, Jennifer Pike, and a pianist, Tom Poster. The pieces they played were absolutely incredible! I experienced beautiful sonatas and trios throughout the evening including some composed by Chopin. It was held at a beautiful venue - Hatfield House - and drinks and refreshments were served before the concert and during the interval in the Marble Hall. At the beginning of the concert Lord Salisbury said a few words to introduce the performances and talk about what we would listen to. Overall, it was a fantastic evening and I would love to listen to more live chamber music.
