Join the Arts, Parks and Events team as a customer service level 4 apprentice.

Tower Hamlets is one of the UK's most culturally vibrant and diverse areas, at the heart of east London. The Arts, Parks and Events Team has an opportunity for a new team member to support our busy commercial service area, and provide excellent customer services to their users.

The role will provide effective customer service and administrative support to the APE service area, prioritising supporting income generation streams, whilst continuously developing in the role and successfully completing a Level 4 Customer Service Apprenticeship within the prescribed timescale.

The successful candidate will be creative and energetic with a can do attitude, an effective communicator who can work with a flexible approach and ability to work across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. - More information and apply. All applications must be made online.
