BEAF Festival and Projects Assistant
4 days per week pro rata £20,000
One year contract with opportunity to extend
This is an early career position, joining the organisation at a pivotal point in their development, following successful funding awards from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Lottery Community Funds. Supporting their small team, you will be working alongside their Marketing Manager and their Creative Producer and Community Coordinator assisting in developing and delivering their events and festival programme. The festival is taking place in July 2023, so this is a great opportunity to be involved in the planning and development of a major festival as well as developing new projects throughout the year.
They are looking for someone with energy, keen to learn and keen to help them learn from what you can bring to the team. We want someone interested in getting experience of back-office functions and practical delivery, happy to get their hands dirty when needed and help with a wide range of tasks to deliver high quality and engaging arts projects and events.
