Everyone on the Gate Theatre small staff team – whatever job they do – gets to experience how theatre is made, from start to finish. Their all enjoy a close relationship with their audiences, artists, supporters and Board. In different ways, they are all learning on the job. They support our staff to attend training and development opportunities, and they provide regular all-staff training in unconscious bias and anti-racism training.

Gate Theatre are looking to recruit a dynamic, strategic, and sales focused individual to lead the theatre’s marketing and communications strategies and the development of our brand.
Leading on all of the Gate’s marketing and communication strategies, and the development of our brand, you will be able to demonstrate a strategic, and sales-focused mind set. We are looking for someone with proven marketing experience, a passion for audiences and who can be a tireless advocate for the work of the Gate.
The role requires strong organisational skills, a ‘can do ’attitude, good computer literacy, and a willingness to learn and adapt on the job working in a busy working environment.
