Neil Frost can be found at Brighton Fringe this May, performing his one man mine show, The Story of the Nervous Man. 'I think a performer should train in a variety of disciplines,' the comedian, clown and character actor says, 'then create their own practice using the methods that work for them.'

Backstage with...The Blue Man, Brighton
The Blue Man in Brighton is an independently run cafe bar, that hosts a variety of Fringe shows throughout the festival. This year they will be programming across two venues, showing the work of Suzy Bennett, Aidan Goatley and Daphna Baram amongst others.
