Rosie Kay Dance Company's 5 Soldiers: The Body is the Frontline returns with a UK tour exclusively performing in Army drill halls from Edinburgh to London, Hull, Aldershot, Swindon, Colchester and Birmingham. The tour kicks off at Edinburgh Festival Fringe with performances from 11-26 August.
It's a thrilling and humane portrait of army life telling the stories of five men and women serving on the front line. Deeply realistic, stark and thrilling, 5 Soldiers explores how the human body remains essential to war, even in the 21st century. Presented in association with The Army.

Should Body image stereotypes matter within Performing Arts?
This is my unit 1 part D Arts Issue. I focused on body image stereotypes throughout the performing arts industry, this includes dance, drama and modelling, and how these reflect on upcoming generations. Dancing Through Distress - The Gender Struggles in the Dance Industry
I am student studying the Gold Arts Award. For this Arts Issue, I have decided to focus on the gender stereotypes and the struggles young men and women face when going into the dance industry. Questiong The Stigma Held Within Ballet
This is a subject that has always interested me from my own personal experiences with ballet and my general interests in the art altogether.
