I went to the show to hear live examples of Chinese celebration music and watch how music is used to enhance dancing. 

A dazzling concert of music from all over the Commonwealth, created by young school-age musicians, many of whom are involved in Arts Award at Bronze and Gold level at the Purcell School.  

We hear from Durham Sixth Form Centre about the wide variety of art forms and events their students get involved with to complete their Gold Arts Award. 

I saw dances from different points in history, starting in the twenties and ending up in 2018.

 The artists who created dance routines were Kristina Rihanoff, Robin Windsor, Oxana Platero, Jonathan Platero and others.

I went on 19th October to Bournemouth by the Sea Arts Festival. I had picked up a booklet advertising the festival and found out there were several things going on at the same time that might be of interest to me.

An evening of contemporary circus, physical innovation and boundless creativity from the talented students of Circomedia.

A super enjoyable, wacky musical for all ages, at the Crucible in Sheffield. I saw it on press night, 6th December. It is on until January 20th 2018.
