The Chainsmokers - 'Closer' (ft. Halsey)

A review of The Chainsmokers music video for Closer ft Halsey

The Chainsmokers - 'Closer' (ft. Halsey)

I am going to review the music video for The Chainsmokers song 'Closer'.

I get nervous running but this song makes me believe I can do it. It also makes me think of a girl and makes me feel confident.

The beat and the lyrics make me feel positive and thats why I like the song.

It is a very new release and only came out on the 24th October 2016. It has had a lot of views! As of today, 8th November 2016 it has had 625,979,974 views!!

The video begins with The Chainsmokers' Andrew Taggart looking at Halsey while at a party. It then flashbacks to a early time where Andrew and Halsey's characters met for the first time in a party. It tells of their relationship.

It makes me feel calm. The beaches in it are beautiful and they make me want to be in a warm sunny place. It makes me believe I can be a legend.

It is a good music video because it suits the song perfectly and tells a story. I like the way the lyrics are written on the screen, It helps me sing along.

There are beautiful images of the landscape and the girl in the video. It is about love and people having a nice time. It is not about phones and cars like some music videos.

It is inspiring, I would like to be a pop star as it would make me get the girls! It makes me want to sing and dance and be romantic.

I think my friends would like the song and video because it will inspire them like it does me.
