Jane Hollowood Associates is a theatrical and television agency, representing actors across film, TV, theatre and commercials. We're currently looking for a full-time Agent, who will play a pivotal role in supporting the agency and it's actors build successful careers in the industry.

We are a small, team in a busy office where you will be integral in generating work, negotiating contracts and seeking new, interesting and talented actors, in the hope of representing them.

The ideal candidate will be positive, calm, organised and sociable.

A love of theatre is essential.

Initial Responsibilities

• Get to know the skills and abilities of all the actors we represent, seeing their work online and in person and studying CVs
• Keep all relevant information updated on our agency software - Tagmin
• Source auditions for the actors by making submissions over Spotlight
• Mentor and advise actors on professional decisions that affect their careers
• Actor development and relations
• Actor and casting director liaison
• Manage busy diaries
• PR & Marketing including social media
• Attending events and productions - often in the evening
• Attending showcases and helping to seek out new actors
• General office duties

Future Responsibilities

• Understanding and negotiating contracts of work for our actors
• Making payments to actors
• Understanding and updating our finance software - Quickbooks

• strong in sales, marketing and interpersonal skills
