Job Description
This position requires good communication skills and an ability to follow instructions accurately. The successful candidates will assist in various aspects of on-site delivery, including customer service, sales, and stewarding; ensuring the overall success of our events.
Reporting Structure:
The Event Assistants will report to the Event Assistant Supervisor, Duty Manager or Event Manager.
Working Hours:
Our seasonal event shifts run from 13th November through to 2nd January. They will require you to outline your availability over this period at the interview stage. This position is casual, we are looking to recruit a pool of staff to cover all shifts during this period.

Location:
Candidates must be available to travel to Bishop Auckland and Shildon to fulfil this role.
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: £10.90 per hour
- Hourly rate: £11.40 per hour for those who carry a valid first aid qualification
