Upstart Projects’ experiential online Youth Voice Training courses offer organisations the tools to better engage and involve young people in decision making processes and designing projects – making progressive moves to innovate and grow your insight.
Our training builds on our experience running Voice Magazine and directly engaging hundreds of young people as young journalists, trustees, ambassadors, cultural professionals and event organisers over the past 10 years.
The training is designed and delivered by young trainers working with trainers with years of experience who will tailor the course to your needs, ensuring that you come away with a clear idea of what your next steps will be.
You will explore real examples and be able to incorporate youth voice into your organisation right away; covering the What, Why and How of youth voice – exploring co-production, digital engagement and young ambassadors. We focus on building your confidence and supporting youth voice in your organisation.
Upstart Projects is the charity behind voicemag.uk, the Arts Award Alumni network and numerous other youth voice programmes. We trained over 100 organisations in 2021 with support from the Centre for Youth Impact and Social Investment Business.
