Hi everyone! My name's Tom and I'm an aspiring journalist with a keen interest in sport, politics and entertainment. I have recently started a YouTube page called Run It Back, focusing on young people in Birmingham on their success and failures.

I have always loved films, and have aspirations of my own to write a story one day. Recently my favourite piece of film has been 'Small Axe' focusing on the lives of West Indian immigrants in London from the 1960s to the 1980s. It is a fascinating and vivid insight into a world I didn't know, encapsulating the transformative effect a good film can have.

Great article Elle. I agree that UFC is leading the way in women's sport. The mens game in itself is new in terms of the sporting timeline. Dana has embraced the women's side of MMA and it should be commended. Also fair play to you for following your passions and not caring what people think.
