Coronavirus vaccine non-compulsory for students attending lectures
The UK government has decided against the idea of making coronavirus vaccines necessary for university students in England to attend lectures or stay in halls of residence.

CNN fires employees for returning to office while unvaccinated
News of the firings came in an internal memo written by CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker and was obtained by the Associated Press. Zucker wrote that ‘we have a zero tolerance policy’ on employees returning to the office while unvaccinated.

In its Active Cyber Defence report, the NCSC declared that it had identified 122 phishing campaigns in 2020 that had used NHS branding amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Odeon cinemas to reopen in May with safety measures in place
In accordance with the government’s roadmap out of lockdown, most Odeon cinemas will reopen from 17 May 2021. Filmgoers will be encouraged to pre-book tickets online, and seats will be limited inside screens to meet social distancing requirements.
