Somewhere 2 Sing have a permanent vacancy for amateur choir leader in the Bedfordshire / North Hertfordshire area. They are looking for a leader to take at least 1 session a week but up to 3 sessions could be available to the right candidate.
Their evening classes are between 7-9pm. The job requires teaching popular music to keen local singers of between 30 and 80 at a time, working towards performances and enhancing the team of an established choir group. Piano and singing ability required. All material, equipment, support staff and prep sessions provided. Own transport needed. Progressive salary.
3 terms of 12 weeks per year (in line with school terms), each with half term breaks. Would suit someone who is perhaps more settled with a base in or around the county and can commit to a regular position.
