St John's College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an Assistant Administrator to provide administrative support to the Director of Music and to provide support to the Dean of Chapel on issues related to College Livings and Chapel Outreach activity.
Reporting to the Departmental & Touring Manager, you will be responsible for arranging and managing the administration of internal and external meetings and closely monitoring the progress of ongoing projects.
The successful candidate will be educated to A-Level standard and possess excellent IT and organisational skills. Being an excellent team player, with good communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to act with tact and discretion at all times.
