This is a very special day to remember those who fought in World War II, and those who lost their lives in it. In occasion to this, the London Philharmonic Orchestra has premiered an amazing performance on Youtube of “We’ll meet again”, by Vera Lynn.
This arrangement for percussion and strings, was made by viola player and member of the orchestra, David Quiggle. The result? A wonderful new version of this beautiful song. From the beginning, it is a very emotional experience. You can see the musicians enjoying their playing and feeling every word of the song.
This is why I invite you to listen to it; today and any time!

This song has a very powerful meaning today as it had in times of WWII; with the entire world in lockdown and practicing social distancing, it’s important to remember that we will meet again -some sunny day.
