Carol Concert!

Over the Christmas holidays, I went and watched a carol concert as part of my silver arts award!

During the Christmas holidays, I visited a church and watched a carol concert as part of my review for my silver arts award. I really enjoyed going to the carol concert and I thought it was a fantastic way for me to hear a pianist accompany a choir. My favourite part was when the choir sang “Silent Night” because the singers was split into two – half of the choir sang in English and the other half sang in German. This performance was also accompanied by a piano and a xylophone and was completely breath-taking! If I was to go to another performance, I would like to go and see a pianist perform a solo so that I can hear a pianist perform to their best ability.

Hi Mia, would you mind adding a short biography and image to your profile? We would love to know more about you!

It sounds like it was an excellent night! Was this a professional choir or was it people from the community? Do you think it helped that it was set in a church, for instance with the acoustics?
