Digital Intern - International Gallery

You will play a key role in expanding the gallery's digital presence across various platforms using your creative initiative and excellent communication skills. You will also gain valuable insights into the day-to-day operations of a busy international gallery, assisting with various tasks. 

You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

• Fluency in Mandarin (essential) with strong written communication skills
• Passion for the arts and experience communicating art digitally (e.g., social media, website content)
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro etc.) and social media platforms (including WeChat and RED)
• Experience working in a gallery environment (1-2 years preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Teamwork mentality and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Art Logic (a plus)

Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. This is full-time paid intern position.

About the Role:

• Assist with preparing digital assets, including social media promotion, creating digital content for the website and e-newsletters, and managing online listings (in both English and Mandarin).
• Collaborate with the international team to ensure smooth communication and execution of marketing strategies.
• Support exhibitions and art fairs preparation through image editing and digital asset creation for upcoming shows.
• Contribute to daily operations, including general office duties and front-of-house responsibilities.
