Arts Award Youth Network

Youth Network Team

The Arts Award Youth Network are ambassadors for the award and connect young people doing Arts Award

We have two teams drawn from Arts Award alumni, those working on Gold Arts Award and aspiring young arts journalists. Meet them using our Youth Network Map.

Arts Award Activists are a group of young people who represent Arts Award at events and festivals, promote Arts Award wherever they can, and lead projects to ensure young people's voices are heard within Arts Award.

Voice Reporters are a team of young arts journalists who create content for Arts Award Voice - they interview artists, research issues and review events to bring you the latest cultural sector news.

Both teams attend regular meetings and training where we plan and review our activities and learn the skills to make the most of opportunities.

The Youth Network is led by Project Manager Emrys Green working closely with the Voice editorial team and supported by Upstart Projects.

If you'd like to get involved, please email us on [email protected] telling us why you want to join either team, where you're based, what your arts interest is, how old you are and leaving some contact details.
