Sexism in TV & Film
After the recent issues in reference to Harvey Weinstein and the current MeToo movement/campaign which followed, I was interested in finding out more about the issue of sexism in tv & film through interviewing those within the industry to gage their opinions, as well as through reading articles which are currently in most newspapers and magazines.

@Bee Snellen thank you so much for your comment on my article on 'sexism in TV & Film', I have taken on your advice and added in a picture from the 2018 Golden Globes to highlight the impact of the 'black out'.
In response to your question on how female directors and actors could gain more a voice, I agree it is very difficult to do without causing greater separation and a feeling of forcefulness. However through women speaking out more, having more of a voice then younger generations will witness this and the stereotyped roles such as 'male power', leading to the dominance in the film industry will fade away as the next generation take over. I also feel that campaigns such as 'HeForShe' are great ways of promoting equality for both genders and helps to limit the feeling of inequality on men from feminist views.
