What an excellent review Rose. I like the context you give at the start, the personal note on your research into reviews with Rachel and your knowledge about the theatre company.
All I would say for this is when you mention things like ‘modern day clothing’ really go into detail about what you mean by this. What does modern day clothing look like? Overall it sounds like you had a very interesting experience when going to see an open air performance of Shakespeare seen through a modern lens. Thanks for sharing your comments!

Hi Rose, what a fantastic review!
It starts off very strong as you give the reader a lot of context about the artist, her projects, and the gallery that you visited. I really enjoyed reading through your thoughts and comments on the exhibition, especially when you mention the layout of the show. This implies that you’re critically thinking about the structure of the exhibition and how this creatively impacts the show. I wonder how you may have laid out the works on display if you were the curator and had more time to explore the artworks.
It was also interesting to read your personal opinions and reflections on controversial topics like graffiti. I think it's great how exhibitions can really confront our beliefs about certain art forms when presented in front of us. Great job!

Wow - what an interesting review! I thought your review was very informative and descriptive Charlotte, especially when talking about the actors costumes and the setting around you. I love the fact that the play helped to inspire you so much as to join a local drama group. My only feedback would be to expand your vocabulary when you mention elements of the play being 'effective' a couple of times. You could substitute this word for ones like impactful, impressive or powerful etc. Overall great job with this review!
