Haydn's Nelson Mass, Trumpet concerto, Te Deum

A concert held at All Saints' Church in Hertford, great choir, soloists, and trumpeter. I had a great time!

Haydn's Nelson Mass, Trumpet concerto, Te Deum

This was an amazing concert, it was held at a really nice church and the choir, trumpeter and soloists was superb! They had got in some really good soloists, one is a professional opera singer. The soloists and the trumpet player came on and off, and the conductor conducted beautifully! He explained all about the music and why he conducted it the way he did. The choir was massive, and sounded as if they were a professional choir like one of the many choirs at Cambridge! The whole evening was lovely, in the interval they were selling drinks, and the choir and orchestra mingled in with the audience. The church was really friendly, and if they ever do another concert I will definitely try to go.
