The main two actors being Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin played the roles perfectly, being a huge fan of the novel myself I had really high expectations for the role of Harden Scott, portrayed amazingly by Hero. He kept just the right amount of mystery in his character.

The music used in the film fills the space beautifully. They use songs like complicated (acoustic) by Avril Lavigne. They use songs over the intimate scenes to break the awkward silence that most films have during scenes of that nature. The actors made the intimacy scenes look really natural and gave us a real connection to the couple the way the couple play the roles is beautiful. makes me as a person who was really excited for this film smile and cry. This film takes you on the emotional rollercoaster just like the book

I recommend this film to anyone with a love for a troubled romance between two college age people with a strong connection to literature pieces like Pride and Prejudice
