I was in London for the day so it was a nice place to go, and I'm interested in Art.

I say lots of pictures I saw the Ambassadors By Hans Holbein, I also saw the Sunflowers by Van Gogh, and some self portraits by Rembrandt. It was really exciting to see lots of old artworks.

Who were the artists and what do they create?

It was a big exhibition, the artists were painters. There were lots of artists, for example there was Van Gogh, Hans Holbein, Rembrandt, Constable and lots of others.

What were your first impressions?

My first impression was really good, I found it amazing, There were lots of huge halls with  lots of pictures in them.

Did you find anything particularly interesting to your personally?

I liked Van gogh's paintings, they were really interesting I really liked his style.

What did you learn? Did it make you think about any art form differently?

I learnt that every single painting is unique in it’s own way, so I realised how amazing it is to have all these original paintings.

Did you enjoy the experience overall? Why?

I enjoyed the overall experience because it was really fun seeing old artworks painted hundreds of years ago full.

Thanks for your review James! Would you mind adding an image and short biography to your profile? We'd love to know more about you!

Museums are great for seeing different styles of art together! You mention that you really liked Van Gogh. What about it exactly did you like? The colour, subject matter, or his style of painting? I really like Rembrandt as I like how he plays with the light in his paintings. His paintings often seem really depressing and dark, and of course they are amazingly done as well!
