Verve: Northern School of Contemporary Dance

On the 22nd March 2018 I saw a production of Verve at the Lincoln Performing Arts Centre. The production was created and performed by  the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, based in Leeds. The production is currently on tour across the UK. The cast was an ensemble of 14 dancers form UK and international backgrounds who devised a strong series of mini dance routines which incorporated a selection of eye catching lighting designs and audio soundtracks. Each dance sequence had its own individual theme and always incorporated the who ensemble who worked very well together as an ensemble, with each sequence well choreographed and rehearsed.
