Corina Review

The video starts in black and white with a burning book falling down then he starts singing in an old cinema. It show different people skateboarding and street scenes then a scene with road boys and a young kid who is maybe supposed to be him when he is young. He keeps visiting graveyards in the video because his father died. He tells the story of his life, where he started, when he began to write songs, ended up on stage. It shows him working really hard trying to write songs and not giving up. It then shows him now having fun with his friends and he explains what will happen to him in the future. It shows him with a man representing his dead dad. The themes in the video are life, success, realising your dreams but also about losing someone close to you. It's seems as though he can't get over his dad dying.

Great review Corina! Corina had a chat about her review with school staff and got good feedback. (Kerry Nixon, Arts Award advisor)
