Me, my Mum and my brother were walking around to find the Vans 50 Years Shop which is in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong. We eventually found the shop after walking down Cheng Sha Wan Road for half an hour, but it was worth it when we got there. The people running it told us there would be 10 other people and it was free spray painting lessons in the back, so we took the opportunity and were guided through a small hall full of black and white checkered wall paper. Then we went into a huge open space with desks and a cardboard floor covered in spray paint. We were told to sit down at the front as a trendy man with an American accent said to everyone, "Should we start then?", and then he showed us what to do (how to make a stencil, how to apply spray paint), and then we were off. I made a king cobra, my mum made a Vans logo and my brother made a skull and crossbone. We all learnt a lot and had a great fun doing it, the paintings are hanging up in my bedroom right now.
