maidenhead art trail review - bronze arts award

Back in September my town hosted the Maidenhead art trail. Multiple spots in the town such as town halls and churches were converted into mini galleries for a weekend and displayed all sorts of art from fine art to ceramics. I went to three different locations, looking at the artworks, interacting directly with the artist's works by getting prints as well as talking to some of the artists about their works. I thoroughly enjoyed this art event as its quite different to most, instead of just displaying one thing this interactive immersive take on a gallery show cases a range of different works, so there was something for everyone. Getting a map and going to different locations also made the whole experience more interactive and enjoyable and as this was a small scale gallery the focus was mainly on small local artists.
