Encanto is a story about Mirabelle and her family. A family with magical powers which Mirabelle doesn’t have. It is a film filled with lots of songs from each family member. The family’s magical candle blew out due to the family arguing and Mirabelle tried but failed to save the house. The family works together to rebuild the house; when it is finished and when they are a close family again, magic returns.

The plot was interesting because I enjoyed how they told the story through song. I liked the disaster scene in the house because it was exciting.
