The Arts Council England-backed 'Take it away' scheme, initially for under-25s, is now offering interest-free loans up to a value of £25k for musicians of all ages.
To support the growing number of musicians using digital equipment, Take it away can now be used to purchase any item or items from a participating music retailer. Previously, the scheme was limited to traditional instruments, such as strings, guitars, brass, and woodwind. Take it away aims to make musical instruments more accessible by providing interest-free loans of up to £25,000.
