MANIPULATE Festival Young Critics programme

MANIPULATE Festival is offering free tickets to a full day of shows, as well as lunch and travel expenses on Saturday February 1st, 2020 to young people aged 16-25.

What is MANIPULATE Festival?

MANIPULATE is Puppet Animation Scotland's annual celebration of innovative visual theatre and animated film. The festival was created to bring challenging international theatre to inspire Scottish-based artists.

What is the Young Critics Programme?

The festival wants to invite five younger and emerging writers to engage creatively and critically with the plethora of visual theatre performances. The 2020 programme is 90% Scottish and the Young Critics Programme is a move towards supporting the rich artistic and cultural landscape in Scotland.
