Society of London Theatre are recruiting a motivated and dedicated person to support the Media and Marketing team.
Responsibilities will include
- The main focus of the role will be providing administrative support for the Media and Marketing team on activity surrounding the Olivier Awards with Mastercard, including awards weekend.
- Support on administration of PR events around the Olivier’s, including the nominations event and announcements.
- Support the Senior Audience Development Manager, Awards and Events Executive and Communications Officer.
- Support on the administration of booking Presenters for the awards
- Support on the administration of awards nominees
- Support on image sourcing for the team
- Collate content for the Olivier’s Brochure
- Support the communications team on administrative tasks such as photo shoots and press requests.
- Assist press team with accreditation for the event
- Maintain CRM database where necessary with up-to-date contact.
- Research work as required
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks, that may not be related to the awards but support the aims of the team as a whole
Contract: 12 week fixed term. 21 January - 12 April 2019, including weekend of 6/7 April
Salary: £21K pro rata
