Festival Assistant at VAULT 18 - Hands-on experience and mentoring programme in the arts world

Festival Assistants are an integral part of what makes VAULT Festival the vibrant, exciting hub it is.

From the moment we get onsite and start building the venues until the day of the final packdown, the Festival Assistants help build, run and breath life into London’s biggest arts festival. This is a voluntary opportunity (work experience) for those who would like to gain real-life, hands-on experience within the arts and festival industries.

The festival assistants are part of a mentoring and training programme, including:

- weekly talks and workshops with the festival directors and the festival team;

- one-to-one career advice sessions;

- CV writing sessions;

- networking drinks;

- shadowing opportunities.

We are covering food and travel expenses, and you will be given a Festival Pass which allows you to see any show (if not sold out at close of doors) for free.

To be considered you need to be available for a minimum of 6 weeks (2-3 days per week) between 15th January and 23rd March 2018. Next round of interviews will be held 4th -10th January 2018.
