THE CHALLENGE

With a young and growing product, and the successful execution of a massive creative event January of this year, Zealous is looking for a dedicated admin assistant who will help us grow our userbase and support us across departments

This is an entry position; no previous experience within the field is required.

WHO WE NEED

You're passionate about the creative ecosystem and want to take a dive into a growing startup. You're ambitious and highly organised.

You will be supporting us grow, help us manage our userbase and increase exposure to our brand; allowing for exposure to all our departments. More specifically reaching out directly to creative talent to present them with relevant opportunities, supporting the community department directly with social media and research.

The growth of our community will be at the heart of you work through carefully executed outreach. Creativity, strategy and strong communication skills will be essential in generating growth and recognition to our product.

  • Previous experience working with a startup useful, but not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGISE OUTREACH

  • Research and contact creative talent through forums, direct email, social media to increase exposure to the opportunities listed on Zealous
  • Work alongside our Community manager to better strategies outreach
  • Compile statistics for outreach
  • Identify creative hangouts online/offline and grow our community within them

COMMUNITY SUPPORT

  • Act as the first point of contact to our community – respond to enquiries, troubleshoot and provide top-notch customer service
  • Develop a keen understanding of our community and advise the team on matters related them
  • Help gather, curate and schedule content to be featured on all marketing channels
  • Improve user experience on Zealous by platform testing and feedback evaluation
  • Monitor content on the Zealous website, report/offer assistance accordingly
  • Help compile statistic reports on community engagement and user journey
  • Support the Community Manager in responding to requests, help problem solve and engage our community on social media

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

  • Help test Zealous
  • Help draft blog articles and PR pitches
  • Help edit and publish blog posts created by Zealous staff
  • Support with researching and approaching journalists

RENUMERATION

£21,000 gross salary (based on references)
