An exciting opportunity is available to join the Unit Twenty Three team to help drive forward growth in projects and services. Unit Twenty Three are seeking an Arts Administrator with a flair for live events and youth focussed projects.

Arts Administration Job in Norfolk - Projects & Operations Co-Ordinator

The role will co-ordinate activity on behalf of project managers, with opportunities to get involved in creative programming and delivery of work with young people. Essential requirements include excellent administrative skills including communication, IT and record keeping. You must also have a passion of the creative sector and in seeing young people grow as artists & arts leaders.

Currently active projects which you will be working on include: Freefall - Professional Touring Theatre working with Young Carers, Dissfest - A community Arts Festival, Bury St Edmunds Youth Forum - supporting youth voice in West Suffolk, Arts Award Youth Network - supporting a national network of young arts leaders and artsawardvoice.com - a website for young people interested in the arts.

You will work in the Diss office with travel around the region, and occassionly nationally, and plenty of opportunities for new ideas and training. You will supervise the projects assistant and be supported by an extended team of staff within a creative environment.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in an office environment, a creative flair and be a self-starter.

A full time role, with salary starting at £14,000 + projects overtime.
