20-day paid work placements with Fevered Sleep, St Margaret's House and Ghyama Arts for 4 young people based in Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest who want to gain professional experience in the arts sector.

Creative Futures Placement Programme

St Margaret's House, Fevered Sleep, Ghyama Arts and Waltham Forest Council are working together to provide 20-day work placement opportunities for young people, between the ages of 16-25, who are interested in gaining paid professional experience in the arts sector.

They are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about the arts industry and willing to learn and work in fast-paced and dynamic creative environments.

Four young people will be recruited to four work placement opportunities within the partner organisations - St Margaret's House (2 x placements), Fevered Sleep (1 x placement) and Ghyama Arts (1 x placement).


This opportunity is specifically for young people from Global Majority communities (referring to people who are Black, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the global south, and/or have been racialised as 'ethnic minorities'), who live in Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

Placements are 20 days with flexible working weeks / days, paid at London Living Wage (£11.95 per hour).

  • Fevered Sleep producing assistant
